Greeny J – A green juice

This juice is hella delicious, though not the prettiest of juices – blame it on the apples/pears combo. Both my fiancé and I guzzled this juice down on a hot day. I highly recommend it, whether its a hot day or not. 🙂

Ingredients

  • 3 kiwis
  • 3 pears
  • 3 red apples
  • 2″ of fresh ginger, chopped in half

Instructions

  1. Pass softer items through the juicer first.
  2. Push through apples and ginger at the same time to maximize ginger taste.
  3. If not consuming immediately, put in airtight container and refridgerate for up to 12 hours.
